2019 Try Tackle Program

About: The goal of the try tackle program is to provide a safe, fun, inclusive learning environment for 3rd-8th grade athletes to explore and experience tackle football. The try tackle program is intended for athletes with flag football experience or to athletes with no football experience whatsoever.

Players will wear tackle football helmets and pads to familiarize them with gear weight and visibility limitations. Experienced coaches and alumni athletes will work closely with your athlete to teach proper USA Football Head-Up tackling techniques (against tackle dummies - no player to player contact in this program), develop basic ball-handling skills, and above all else, to have fun..
